About C'est Si Bon Catering

Renee Bradford is a respected leader in Chicago's culinary and event planning community, bringing over 35 years of experience as Principal Owner and Managing Director of C'est Si Bon. A lifelong Chicagoan, she holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA from Columbia University, and culinary accreditation from Le Cordon Bleu, with additional culinary experience in France.

Before founding C'est Si Bon, Renee worked in marketing and product management at Quaker Oats, Shering Plough, and in social work — experiences that shaped her business and community-focused approach. She currently serves as one of six board members for the new Bally's Chicago, providing valuable insights and guidance to enhance Chicago's hospitality landscape.

C'est Si Bon grew from her celebrated Hyde Park restaurant, which served the community for 18 years, into a full-service catering and events company known for exceptional cuisine, creative presentation, and personalized service. Today, Renee and her team create memorable events for groups of 50 to 1,000 guests, serving corporations, institutions, community organizations, and private clients throughout Chicago.
